Our Complaint Procedure is designed to provide a clear and accessible process for individuals to raise concerns and provide feedback about their experiences with our services. This process is open to all community members, including clients, volunteers, and staff.

To help you understand our procedure, we have created an information sheet that outlines the steps involved in making a complaint. This sheet is available for download, and we encourage you to review it carefully before making a complaint.

We value your feedback and encourage you to speak up if you feel you have been subjected to discrimination, harassment, or mistreatment. Your experiences and perspectives help us continuously improve our services and create a more inclusive community.

So, if you have a complaint or feedback you would like to share with us, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are here to listen and support you.
